Veteran Connect is a powerful national platform built to connect veterans directly to housing, workforce, healthcare, and supportive services—while giving organizations the case management tools they need to track referrals and measure outcomes. It eliminates fragmentation, strengthens coordination, and improves accountability across entire service networks.

Available to any community or state in the United States, Veteran Connect helps providers respond faster and serve veterans more effectively.

The platform was created by the Veteran Services Division of AYR, LLC, a software development firm specializing in custom platforms, in partnership with the National Association of Military Veterans of America.

The National Association of Minority Veterans of America has changed its legal name to the National Association of Military Veterans of America to better reflect its mission and growth. The change affirms the organization’s commitment to serving all veterans, regardless of background, while continuing to address barriers that affect underserved communities.

The new name also sharpens the focus on military service itself. By centering “Military Veterans,” the organization clearly defines who it represents and strengthens alignment with government agencies, partners, and funders. This evolution expands inclusivity, clarifies identity, and reinforces a united commitment to advancing opportunity, access, and support for every veteran who served our nation.
